Are you just providing strategy, or does your team do the work?
We do both! Being a VP Sales in a SaaS startup under $5m in ARR requires the ability to switch between strategic and tactical in an instant. We will work with your leadership team to define the game plan, then we will implement this plan alongside the rest of your organization.
What if I already have / don't have a sales team?
Either works! If you have a team in place, we can help define what is going well and what needs work. Alternatively, we can help you build a sales team from scratch. We have lots of experience doing both!
How long is your typical engagement?
Every business is different and locking into a long term contract right out of the gate isn’t for everyone. That's why we tailor our services to your business requirements and will give you a few duration options that meet those needs.​
What if the 'out of the box' plans don't meet my requirements?
​No problem at all! The out of the box plans are there for those who have set budgets and know roughly how much assistance they will need. For everyone else, we will put together a tailored proposal and recommend services to match your needs and budget.
Do you offer month to month plans?
We sure do! You can jump into a month by month subscription, much like most SaaS platforms. This gives you the flexibility to utilize Cassidy Consulting for as long as you need us. Remember, we aren't designed to be a long term solution, but we will be around as long as you need us.
Can I change my plan?
You sure can. Much like many SaaS platforms you can increase/decrease the amount of usage you need from us. We will provide insights on whether we think you need more or less of our time, but you can adjust as you see fit.
What if I change my mind?
That's ok too. You are free to stop using our services at any time, just give us 30 days notice and we will wrap things up.
